The NG control is designed for operation of pumps, hydraulic spool valves, and PTOs. It combines rugged steel components, heat-treated critical areas, modular construction, quick-connect cable mounting, illuminated position indication, and positive locking detents. The built-in cable clamp uses common 1/4 x 1 inch mounting hardware, helping simplify cable installation.

Dump body control details

Cable size required: 4 Series, 3 inch travel cable with clamp type hub and 1/4-28 rod threads.
Cable travel produced: 2 1/2 inches.
Cable bracket angle: 90 degrees for tower installation.
Cable mounting: Built-in cable clamp requires a 1/4 x 1 inch bolt with locknut.
Control construction: Steel chassis and handle assembly with polymer knob and trim covers.
Corrosion protection: Black E-coat for handle; zinc plate for other metal components.
Control mounting: Right hand mount for tower mounting configuration.
Illumination: 28 VDC.
Handle configuration: Side push button angled at 45 degrees.
Hoist operation: Lever locks in N position; pushing lever to DOWN forward position pushes cable.
PTO operation: Lever locks in OUT position; pushing lever to IN forward position pulls cable.

Hoist controls lock in neutral position.

PTO controls lock in OUT position.

Pushing the hoist lever to DOWN pushes the cable; pushing the PTO lever to IN pulls the cable.
